We want Flow State Defender to be a valuable part of your productivity workflow. If it’s not the right fit for you, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the original purchase date.

• The request must come from the email address used to purchase the subscription.

• Refunds apply to first-time purchases only. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at andrey@elevalabs.io and include:

• Your purchase email address

• The date of purchase

• A brief reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)

Refund Processing

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

• Flow State Defender is a pay-first product and does not offer a free trial.

• Access to the application will be revoked once a refund is completed.

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the stated policy or show signs of abuse.
